Gillie and Barry have a wealth of experience in hospitality and look forward to meeting you.

Helping them run the 'Star Inn' are their own two little stars Maisie the Tibetan Terrier and Phoebe the Golden Retriever.                  

                                                         

Gillie ran her own hotel in the south of England for many years and loves to look after people.She has worked as a manager in the NHS for the last 10 years and has been involved in improving patient services in the city of Brighton. 
She held a private pilots license and is a daredevil at heart.
She loves motor racing and is always keen to be on or near the track.  

                                                               



Barry has always been a people person and never happier than when arranging 
special events for his customers bringing experience from previously run pubs in Sussex.
Whether it be quiz nights , themed evenings or a day out you will always be ensured
good hospitality.
He has been involved in all forms of motorsport since an early age starting in karts before progressing into single seaters, saloon and sport cars.
He ran his own motorcycle training school before becoming involved with a motorsport events company which allowed him to indulge in his passion for bikes, cars and race circuits. 



                 
                         

The 'Petrol Head' couple have now joined forces to work together and the 'Star Inn' is a perfect opportunity for them to use their wealth of experience providing customers with a friendly  and welcoming atmosphere where...........people matter.
